Resource bundle을 만들기 위한 two-letter ISO language code

다국어 처리를 할때 Client가 어떤 Locale을 가지고 있느냐에 따라서 알맞은 Resource Bundle을 선택하기 위해서 messages 파일을 만들때 국가코드를 붙여준다.
예) messages_ko.properties

참고: Resource Bundle 이란? Java Properties File 을 뜻한다.
